US Shipping:
EPuck endeavors to provide the lowest cost shipping and considers these costs as a necessary cost of business on the internet. In the interests of providing our customers with the lowest possible prices on product, we do not consider shipping as an area to generate additional profit or a way to offset our discounted product prices to our customers. The shipping costs are reflective of the company’s costs to process an order and pay the shipping carriers the discounted fees they charge based on the product shipped. The shipping costs to our domestic individual customers are capped to better service our customers and can be viewed in advance of Confirming the order at Checkout. In an effort to better service our customers, the company is constantly looking for additional ways to lower shipping costs and will constantly review the charges to provide the lowest possible cost.
Shipments to commercial locations will sometimes arrive a day earlier
than residential locations, so using a business address is usually
the best policy.
*Overnight deliveries will arrive the next business day after the
order is shipped. Please note that orders shipping on Friday will
arrive on Monday. Saturday delivery is available by sending
an email to: customerservice@epuck.com
with your order number and requesting Saturday delivery.
**2nd day air deliveries will arrive the second business day after
the order is shipped. Please note that orders shipping on Thursday
will arrive the following Monday. Thursday orders needed for the weekend
should be placed with overnight delivery.
***3 Day Express shipments take three business days to arrive. For example, if you order by 3:00 pm EST on Tuesday, your
order will arrive on Friday.
****Please note that all delivery fees, except for ground, will be priced according to weight.
Alaska and Hawaii:
EPuck now has excellent shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. You can
choose between three levels of service:
USA - P.O. BOX will deliver your package in 5-10 days. Please note that you may see your equipment as quickly as 3 days, but we prefer to be conservative.
USA - Second Day Air will deliver your package in 2-3 business days after processing.
USA - Next Day Air will deliver your package in 1-2 business days after processing.
International Shipments:
International shipments are no problem! We pride ourselves on being
extremely responsive with our international orders. Here is the process
that will be followed when you place an international order.
Manufacturer policies prohibit us from shipping products from NikeBauer,
The Hockey Company (CCM, Koho, Jofa, RBK), and Easton outside of the United
States. New mission products cannot be shipped to the UK or Australia.
EPuck.com is not responsible to quote or pay for any Duties, Taxes or Fees that may arise from a shipment outside of the USA.
It’s that easy! We strive to quickly process and ship your order.
Many international customers prefer EPuck for our dependability, inexpensive
shipping costs and speed of delivery.

What will happen after I submit
my order?
1. We will email you letting you know that our system has received
your order. Your packing list will be printed and we will pack your
order for shipment. If all items are in stock, we will allow the credit
card transaction to go through and ship your order. If any items are
backordered, we will contact you via phone or email to see if you
would like to backorder the missing items or hold the whole order
until the backordered items arrive.
2. We will then ship the in stock items (unless you have requested
us to hold your order). Your credit card will only be charged for
the items that are actually shipped.
3. Lastly, you will receive an email containing the tracking number
of your shipment. When your backordered items arrive, we will ship
these items and bill your credit card the products being shipped.
All backorders are shipped ground service with no charge for shipping.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes!
For US shipments via Fedex go to: http://www.fedex.com/us/tracking
For UPS go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
Enter your tracking number and you will be able to track your shipment.

How long will it take?
At EPuck, we pride ourselves in getting out orders the day they are
placed (before 3:00pm EST) or by the next business day. Ground service
will take 2 to 8 days deliver depending upon your location.
3 Day Express Service
3 Day Express shipments take three business days to arrive. For example, if you order by 3:00 pm EST on Tuesday, your
order will arrive on Friday.
2nd Day Air Service
Second Day Air shipments take two business days to arrive. For example, if you order by 3:00 pm EST on Tuesday, your
order will arrive on Thursday. Be Careful! If you order 2nd day air
on Thursday, your order will not arrive until Monday.
Overnight Service
Overnight Shipments arrive the next business day. For example, if you order by 3:00 pm EST on Tuesday,
your order will arrive on Wednesday. Be Careful! If you order overnight
on Friday, your order will not arrive until Monday. Simply place your order, then
email us at customerservice@epuck.com
or call us toll free at 877-313-7825 and we will upgrade your shipping
to Saturday Delivery. Please note that Saturday delivery is available
only for overnight shipments and not for 2nd day shipments.

What if I order over the weekend?
Orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm EST, or on Saturday and Sunday
will be shipped on Monday.
